In less then a week we plan to fly to the Netherlands to catch up with family and friends. No need to say that we’re both looking forward to these six weeks.

We hope to see a lot of our sponsors in the last weekend of September. This weekend we will also be celebrating the 80est birthday of Marjoleins father. We are very greatfull he is in good health.

Last two weeks we were visiting the Trio villages Kwamalasamutu (21/8-28/8) and Tepoe (28/8-5/9). Roy Lytle and Ted McKinney came over from the States to encourage and teach the leadership of the Church in both villages.

Marco preached both Sundays. Last Sunday in Wayana in two services. It is very encouraging to see how we both are making progress in the language and that we are growing in our Wayana skills.

It’s a pleasure to discover that the people in both Kwamalasamutu and Tepoe are interested in the courses of the Wayana bibleschool we already recorded. Now 6 courses are available on DVD in Wayana. This way they also can be a great help for more people than we could imagin when we started this project. We serve an awsome God!
